This song was written for a close friend whom I had to leave due to an evacuation from Ivory Coast. Despite the specific intention of this song, it has served as a theme song for me, since I have lived a restless lifestyle. I performed this song at my graduation, and have two years later (now) been able to record it. -David Groot
